NOTE : Data reported by phones belonging to former Alltel customers cannot currently be added to the Verizon map (because they don't report their carrier). We will be able to add all past and future data and include it in the Verizon map around July.

This app. will also show you everything the phone can tell about your phone's network connectivity : cell tower identfication or BSSID, signal strength (RSSI), etc. It works for CDMA, GSM, WiFi.
We even got it to work for Wimax and we think we might be the first to have ! (works only on the EPIC 4G, we tried really hard to get Wimax information out of the EVO but can't).
Our coverage maps are available free of charge (and free of ads!) through this application and will enable you to : compare your carrier's coverage against its competitors, choose the best carrier based on where you live, etc... Or you can use our app just for the fun of it, to leave a mark on the maps and to share the coverage in your neighborhood.
Our application is 100% configurable : choose the map to show, enable/disable data collection, automate data collection, send only over Wifi, etc... you have total control.
Sensorly does not collect any personal data, phone number, IMEI and does not even collect the phone's unique identifier (UUID). We do not need it to build aggregate coverage maps !
We have maps in 19 countries and are currently maintaining almost 70 maps built from data we collect ourselves or through phones that allow data collection ! We add new countries every month.
If your map isn't up yet, email us and we'll see if we can provide it !
Note : Maps update within the hour, if that's not the case it's usually because the default setting is to only send data collected when the phone is charging (to limit battery discharge). Email us through the settings screen if you think there's a problem.
